Council has confirmed that they intend to remove the bridge on the eastern side of Little Manly Point. It is unlikely that it will be replaced due to the high cost to replace it not being anticipated in the current budget.

Senior Staff will meet with Manly Community Forum members to discuss the removal of the bridge and options to resolve the recurring sink hole in order to keep the area accessible to the public, especially the fisher people.
