The Section 7.12 (Developer) Contributions Plan of Oct 2024 is a plan where new developments in the LGA to contribute funds for new or upgraded local infrastructure such as parks, roads and traffic treatments, footpaths and cycleways, community spaces such as libraries, community facilities, child care and public art, and stormwater and drainage improvements. Apart from providing interesting statistical information about the Northern Beaches Appendix A of the Plan lists 28 public domain projects with a total value of $13,908,737.00. Three projects are listed for Manly, the Manly Place Plan $2.5mil, Manly Life Saving Club $2.3mill and Little Manly Beach masterplan $115,176.
