Bower Lane dig up Sydney Water is digging up Bower Lane and around the corner into Marine Parade to fix and replace water pipes. When they finish we expect the road and walkway will be resurfaced to the high standard we would like to see at this famous location rather than the patch work of surfaces we have become used to.

Ivanhoe Botanic Gardens Years after the Ivanhoe Kindy closed and moved to Kangaroo St the Ivanhoe Masterplan is finally taking shape with a Grant from the State Government for the demolition of the mouldy old buildings and creation of a beautifully landscaped park and new playground in the centre of the Botanic Gardens. Volunteers will now work towards restoring the Fragrant Garden for the visually impaired to continue to enjoy.

Little Manly Beach Demolition works at 40 Stuart Street have almost been completed. The final piece of the Little Manly Beach masterplan will be completed with the landscaping, including the installation of the memorial picnic table and benches.

West Esplanade The former aquarium is almost gone, leaving a wonderful open space for landscaping a passive recreation area on the foreshore.
